Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the session are free of charge. Cancellations made between 48 and 24 hours before the session will incur a fee of 50% of the session price. Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours of the session will incur a 100% fee of the session price. To avoid fees, please ensure that any changes to your booking are made more than 48 hours in advance.
